Automotive Parts Sourcing from the UAE
Dubai has grown into one of the largest automotive parts re-export hubs in the world. Free-zone warehousing, a deep supplier base and direct sea, air and road corridors to the GCC and East Africa mean that parts which are slow or expensive to obtain elsewhere are often available in the UAE within days.
We source a wide range of OEM and aftermarket automotive parts for passenger vehicles, SUVs, 4x4s and commercial vehicles. Whether you need a single hard-to-find reference or a recurring container of consumables, the process is the same: you tell us what you need, we find it, verify it and ship it.

Who We Work With
Our clients are independent workshops and garages that need reliable supply without holding stock, parts distributors and wholesalers buying by the pallet or container, fleet operators keeping trucks and buses on the road, and retail showrooms building an inventory.
Requirements differ enormously between them, so quotations are built case by case rather than pulled from a fixed price list.
From Dubai to Your Destination
Our team can assist with supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, product verification, consolidation and international shipping.
Consolidation matters more than most buyers expect. Ordering from five suppliers usually means five invoices, five pickups and five sets of paperwork. We group everything into a single shipment with one set of export documents, which reduces both freight cost and customs friction at arrival.
Road freight reaches most GCC destinations in two to four days, air freight in three to seven, and sea freight is the economical route for volume. We advise on which one actually makes sense for your order rather than defaulting to the fastest.
Why Source Automotive Parts from the UAE
Three reasons come up repeatedly with our clients. Availability: the density of suppliers in Dubai means competing offers on the same reference, which keeps pricing honest. Logistics: the UAE is built around re-export, so documentation and freight are routine rather than exceptional. And neutrality: as a sourcing partner we are not tied to one supplier, so we compare offers on your behalf instead of selling you our own stock.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you source a part if I only have the vehicle details?
Yes. The make, model, year and ideally the VIN are enough for us to identify the correct reference with our suppliers. A photo of the old part helps confirm it before purchase.
Do you supply genuine OEM parts or aftermarket?
Both. Tell us your preference when you request a quote and we will price the options separately so you can compare on a like-for-like basis.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum. Small orders are viable by air or grouped with other shipments; for sea and road freight, the economics improve significantly with volume.
How long does a quotation take?
Most requests are answered within 24 hours. Rare references or large mixed lists can take longer because we compare several suppliers before quoting.
Which countries do you export to?
Primarily Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Iraq, plus destinations across Africa. Other markets are handled on request.
