Lubricants Sourcing & Export from UAE
The UAE blends, packages and re-exports lubricants at scale, which gives buyers something they rarely get elsewhere: genuine choice between international brands and competitively priced regional blends, quoted side by side.
We work with both. Where a specification has to be met exactly, we source the branded product. Where the requirement is volume at a price point and the specification allows it, we will show you the regional alternative as well and let you decide with both numbers in front of you.

Bulk & B2B Requests
We can handle sourcing requests based on brand, specification, viscosity, packaging, quantity and destination country.
Depending on your requirements, our team can also coordinate consolidation and international transportation.
Specification is the part worth getting right at the quotation stage. Viscosity grade alone does not define a product — an API or ACEA rating, and for commercial fleets an OEM approval, is what determines whether the oil is suitable. Send the specification you need and we quote against it rather than against a grade.
Shipping Lubricants Internationally
Liquids in volume are heavy, and freight is often a larger share of the landed cost than buyers expect. For that reason we quote lubricants with freight shown as its own line rather than absorbed into a product price, so you can see exactly what the transport is costing and adjust quantity or mode accordingly.
Road freight to the GCC is usually the best balance of cost and speed. For larger programmes to Africa or beyond, sea freight by full container changes the economics substantially — a rough rule is that the per-litre cost falls sharply once you reach full-container quantities.
Certain lubricant classes carry transport restrictions depending on flashpoint and destination regulations. We flag any that apply to your order before you commit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you supply a specific brand, or only generic lubricants?
Both. Name the brand and we will source it. If a regional blend meets the same specification at a lower cost, we will quote that alongside so the comparison is yours to make.
What packaging options are available?
Drums, pails, cartons of bottles, and flexitank or IBC for larger volumes. Packaging affects freight cost significantly, so it is worth discussing before finalising an order.
Do you supply industrial lubricants as well as automotive?
Yes — hydraulic oils, greases and industrial fluids are sourced through the same process as automotive lubricants.
How is the price per litre calculated?
Our quotations break out product cost, handling, freight, insurance and clearance, then show the resulting price per litre. Nothing is hidden inside the product line.
Is there a minimum quantity for lubricants?
No fixed minimum, but the economics improve sharply with volume. Full-container or full-truck quantities are where the per-litre cost drops most.
