Who is responsible
Activmotors, Office 1205, The Tower Plaza Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, decides why and how the information described below is used.

What we collect
We only collect what you type into the quote request form. Nothing is gathered in the background, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
The form asks for your company name, contact name, e-mail address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country and city or port. It also asks for the details of your request: product category, product or part name, OEM reference, brand preference, packaging, quantity, destination country and port, shipping method, preferred delivery date, incoterm and any notes you add. The language you filled the form in is recorded so that we reply in it.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare a quotation and organise the sourcing, inspection and shipping you asked about. That is the only purpose.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list. You will only hear from us about the request you made, unless you ask us to keep you informed of something else.
Who else sees it
Web3Forms delivers the form to our inbox. Your submission passes through their servers and they hold a copy for a limited period. See web3forms.com for their own privacy terms.
GitHub hosts this website. Like any web host, its servers record the IP address and browser of every visitor in technical logs.
Google supplies the typefaces used here. Loading them discloses your IP address to Google.
If you choose to contact us over WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Using WhatsApp is always your choice; the form works without it.
Where a request requires it, we share the necessary product and delivery details with the suppliers and freight forwarders needed to quote and ship your order. We share only what those parties need.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any business that follows from it, and in order to meet accounting and customs record-keeping obligations.
If a request leads to nothing, we delete it once it is clearly no longer live. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, or to object to our using it at all.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit.
No transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send us passwords, full bank details or identity documents through this form; if a transaction needs them, we will agree a safer channel with you.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page and the date above is updated.
